This is too good to be true

[UPDATE] For those of you keeping score at home, there are no typos in this post.

Nedra Pickler, reporting for the AP on McCain’s vice presidential selection (emphasis added):
"His top contenders are said to include Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney. Less traditional choices mentioned include former Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge, an abortion-rights supporter, and Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman, the Democratic vice presidential prick in 2000 who now is an independent."

oh pleeease pretty pleeease let him pick joe, who used to be a democratic prick, but is now a repub prick. if it's joe, maybe the dems will finally grow a spine & take away his committee chairmanships he was awarded when he lyingly said he would caucus with the dems. plus joe would be a ticket killer, he couldn't even bring home florida for gore.

I do believe it will be fence riding Joe that gets it. That is whether there will be an election, or not. Maybe Bush, or Cheney will find a reason to stay in office!

Thanks Phillip for keeping US up to date and on topic. I'm still bogged down in bill paying.

Olbermann reported tonight that Limbaugh about busted a gut over the idea McCain would pick a pro-choice person. Please, I hope McCain does just for what it will do to Limbaugh.

Joe Lieberman is my choice for Republican VP. i'm scratching my head trying to figure out why McCane is improving in the polls.....

i'm tellin' ya, if America elects another Republican, we are all going to get what we don't deserve.....

GD, I'd say if we elect another Republican, we're going to get very much what we deserve.

I thought the "prick" was a Freudian typo, but apparently it isn't (wasn't) a typo at all...

d.k.,
What a wash that choice would be, eh?

American hill billy,
I have had my suspicions on the forthcoming "election" for some time now, maybe two years or so. It is certainly not unthinkable in regards to George and Dick. Scary, actually.

ghost dancing,
The polls are nothing more than propaganda, tools for the MSM to make it seem like a horse race.
