The Southern States are determined to destroy the Auto Industry in the North, thus busting the last strong Unionized Labor force in America

They are so determined to make US a third world country that they are willing to ruin the entire world economy and bring on another Great Depression in order to kill the Detroit auto companies and their unions. I don't know what the answer to the current problem is but I do know that if Detroit goes tits-up we are all screwed!!

Utah Savage said...: How could it make sense to anyone to blame the workers for the failure of the big three auto makers when the execs are making obscene salaries for making terrible design decisions. I just get angrier and sadder every day.

I've been sobbing since I woke up this "morning" and I can't stop. I'm angry about the religious right wings self righteous denial of the rights of those who are gay. Maybe Milk wasn't the best choice of a movie for me. I've been on a crying jag since I saw it--it makes it so apparent how far we have to go to value all our citizens. I'm a sobbing mess, angry, sad, and furious with myself for my complete inability to pull myself together. I pass a mirror and catch a glimpse of the face of grief.

How can we call ourselves a "Christian" nation? What is Christian about denying civil rights to all our citizens? And so how can we celebrate Christmas?; December 18, 2008 at 2:33 PM
