Bush Finds New Ways to Ruin The Government on His Way Out the Door

Keep a close watch on the seemingly "small" things George "Wrecking-ball" Bush is doing as he gives us the finger on the way out the door. He's given our newly elected President Barack Obama and family the finger by refusing to let them move into Blair House during the transition, because some out of office jackass from Australia will be in town on the 15th go get one of Bush's medals of moral turpitude and stupidity or something. So the new President and his family are staying in a hotel. It's merely a slap in the face to the Obama's and we who elected him in overwhelming numbers, but take a listen to the other little goodies he's implementing on the way out of town. These are going to be difficult to undo. So listen and learn, because we'll need to be very smart to fix this cluster fuck.

I have posted elsewhere my disgust of that slimy turd Australia rejected (John Howard) continuing to attempt to represent my country.
I blame the US system which allows a rejected leader the time to wreak havoc by anointing his fellow criminals.

Bush, that bastard, is not my government. I've felt like a refugee in my own country for the past 8 years. This last slap in the face, to the American people by giving the hotel that is Blair House To John Howard and his wife, so he can get some phony fucking "freedom" medal is the last straw. I'd like Bushes head on a pike. Or in a basket. What a slimy bastard.

People keep calling him "president" Bush. Since there seems to be enough evidence to question whether he won either the 2000 or 2004 election, I refused to call him president.

Speaking of the Blair House, can someone explain to me why no one could find room for our President-Elect and Vice-Presdient elect? Seriously, couldn't they kick out Howard?

One more petty, vindictive act by Bushit before he leaves. Cart, I've been anti-Bush since he "won" the governorship of Texas. Ann Richards left office with a $2 million surplus; Bushit left office with a $6 million deficit.

To paraphrase Richards' words: "If I had know that he would have done that, I would have spent every penny." Cart, I think you'd like Ann Richards' policies (rest her great soul).

Utah, about BBC: how many of us it would take to get him pulled from Blogger? Sorry to change the subject: this is a great post.

Well, I'm surprised they haven't yanked my blogger rights since I rave about the Mormons and wish for Bushes head in a basket.

BBC is an annoying old fart, so I just shitcan his comments. I have also disabled anonymous comments, because I had an anonymous asshole gleefully promoting BBC's inanities and "right to free speech."

Bush has certainly done his level best to reduce the honor of a Presidential Medal of Freedom down to the level of a trinket found at the bottom of a cereal box.

He seems to think it an appropriate bauble for his cronies and fellow travelers.

Hopefully, a new Executive will restore some lustre to this award, and not grant it so thoughtlessly.

On topic :) I guess we are in agreement.

Hi Utah...thanks for the well wishes. As for Bush, I am in this revolving dreamworld - that on Jan. 20th in the wee hours of the morning - Federal agents will arrest that fuktard and his cohort cheney and haul them away for the crimes they have committed. Sometimes I truly love my fantasies. To shun Obama from Blair House IS the ultimate insult and needs to be addressed, but we see who takes the high road. I'm a big fan of vengence.

TheMom, I'm so glad to see you back. I too have the crud, but caught it in time to ride it out at home, in a steroidal rage. I've really missed you.

I get what you're saying Utah. It's very likely that without vigilance, many of the Bush policies will just become the accepted norm. It will take a combination of public action, the courts and Congress to identify and do away with Bush's real legacy.

Here's the finger right back at the Shrub.

as you may imagine, i am not a fan of Dubya's and would like to see his legacy kinda rooted-out and burned on a big pile...... with gasoline.... or kerosine or something else very flammable....

we just travel to the beat of a different drum

Lisa, exactly, and now that the courts are stacked with Republican appointees and the bureaucracy is filled with career Bush appointees, it's going to be very hard to unring the bell.

Aphrodite, lets all do it together, hoist that middle finger and face Texas. A pox upon your new home you prick.

Ghost, my friend. Yes, yes, and yes again. And add Napalm to the flammables.

All I can say is Worst President Ever!! But he was never MY president. Again, handcuffs and chains for Bush and his cronies. Now that would be a mission accomplished.

Hope you are feeling better.

Saoirse, darling, thank you for visiting me. My choice of an Imac instead of a mac for my lap is now haunting me. If I had my computer in bed with me I'd be making the rounds and saying Hi at your place.

But I am beginning to be able to breathe deeply again. We'll see if I can sleep through the night tonight without coughing my lungs up. Who knew that a big honking dose of steroids along with a zpac would work so fast. And while I am amped up a bit, it isn't in a good way. I'm quick to anger and quick to cry. But not quick to clean my house. I thought I just did it, but time flies when yours sick. Now I can actually see the film of dust and the dog hair drifting in the corners.

I just wish all of them gone but it sure would have been nice to have seen the Apocalypse Now helicopters landing on the White House lawn. Dressed in orange jumpsuits and chains, the farewell would be more fitting.

I don't know why anyone would be surprised by aWol's antics. Hell, did everyone expect him to play nice now that he is on his way out the door????? We are still suffering from St. Ronnie's policies and will for suffer for generations because of the current asshole!!! Sometimes I wish the hero worshipers would privately fund putting up a statue of St. Ronnie in front of the courthouse in every county seat in this country so then we could take our kids and grandkids there to show them that "There's the Sonuvabitch that fucked us!!!"
