The final scene is also a lovely bitter sweet heartbreaking heartwarming moment. It's a film I taped and now will keep to watch again and again. It is a little bit of perfection. And that moment at the piano in the music shop is the best first moment of the movie.
I was enjoying the movie and following along....but that music store scene made me sit down, shut up, and pay attention. Truly a scene that grabs you and doesn't let go.
I also really enjoyed the "batteries walk home" scene. Very nice night photography, and another good song.
And yes.....that ending. Perfect the way it is. Wouldn't change a thing.
The movie is so pure in it's intentions and storytelling, that it never even bothers to name the two lead characters. Impressive.

Oh I just love this song, you know..... I just put it on my ipod....
Good song.....amazing movie. The scene where the boy and girl first sit down in the music shop and play this is truly stunning.
I saw the movie last night for the first time. Thus this gorgeous song.
Hope you enjoyed it! I think it truly is an amazing little movie. Shame more people aren't familiar with it.
