It's official
So lets party. I'm waiting for the speech. I missed talking with you today, but something happened at my place. One more little kink in the ever evolving thing that is the blog. I haven't been paying close attention to my email since I was glued to the tube. We can only talk like this because the moment I hear a cheer go up and Keith shut up, I'm dropping you like yesterdays apple pie. I made it. I'm not very good at making one of my favorite of foods. This is a failing I'm determined to overcome soon.

It is a great night for America. I am so happy.
We were at a friend's house and we all went out in the street with sparklers and drank our champagne and cheered.
That's lovely. It is a great night indeed.
I know I should go to bed but I can't stop watching MSNBC. Too excited...
I can't sleep either. Indiana is a blue state, Indiana is a blue state, or at least we are really purple now anyway!
Congratulations dear. I can only imagine what it must feel like as we are the stupidest state in the nation.
Barack's speech was awe-inspiring. Just incomparable. I'm going to a hamburger party tonight hosted by French friends to thank America and celebrate a new day.
Wish I had your apple pie to bring...
I knew McCain was toast as soon as they called Ohio. What a great evening -- and we're still all doing the happy dance this morning here at work.
Really, no one watched NBA Coast-to-coast?
It is a great day for America. Now we can start rebuilding our image in the world.
My confidence picked up in our early California afternoon when I heard that Elizabeth Dole was trailing by 4%.
What a night!
I didn't have TV, or internet last night!
But I was awoken at 11:30 to be told: He got it!
And I cried too!
Congratulations!
